Business Marketing/Management Internship

About the Internship Position

We are now offering an UNPAID internship position within our office. Before the internship, our tutors will provide you with a range of full function training to make sure you can work efficiently and to start your local business/management/accounting working experience. 

You will be assigned a supervisor to report to and we will evaluate your performance in a written report to confirm your technical skills &experience.

Desired Skills and Experience

·Fresh business/accounting/marketing graduates or in the final year

·Basic accounting background, would like to start a local career

·Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills.

·High attention to detail, team player and proactive in all areas of work.

·Time Management skills, and ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

·Bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

·Preparation of BAS statement

·Process payroll

·Maintain fixed asset register and review inventory stock control

·Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly management reporting

·Process month-end and year-end journals
